We’ve been made aware that a fake Telegram account (@balzano_matilde) is impersonating one of our colleagues and contacting partners.

Please note:

• We do not use Telegram for account management.
• All legitimate communication with our team takes place exclusively via Microsoft Teams.
• The scam typically works as follows: the impersonator first reaches out on Telegram, then confirms the deal via a phishing email using fake email addresses and company details, and finally requests payment to a crypto wallet through a falsified invoice.

If you have been contacted by this account, please do not engage, block it immediately, and notify us at [email protected].

We are taking action with Telegram to remove this account and appreciate your vigilance in the meantime.
